Designed for a bachelor, this waterfront home is set in the luxury seaside enclave of Sentosa Cove with views over the South China sea to the Singapore CBD. The home is designed around a central courtyard that is used for social gatherings, and a central focus for the public living spaces.  Pivoting screens facing the ocean can be lowered to afford privacy and security for this courtyard and living spaces. A 30m infinity lap pool spans the length of a covered Patio adjacent to the courtyard, with a sculptural external staircase at one end that accesses the upper terrace and bedrooms.

There is parking for 12 cars in the Basement, which also houses a large wine cellar. All interior design and selection of furniture was also carried out by GREG SHAND ARCHITECTS.  One of many custom design elements of the house is the front door handle which was designed in the initials of the owner ‘DL’.
