Faced with the challenge of designing & building a luxury villa in a remote coastal location, we have developed a build system utilizing the strength and speed of modular steel construction.  The villas are lightweight, can withstand seismic and cyclone wind loads and can be built anywhere in a short time frame.

With over 25 years of experience designing luxury villas in Asia, we have created a bespoke architectural typology that offers surety of cost & quality with less on site build time.  By standardizing design and engineering details, most of the fabrication can be done off site in factory conditions, resulting in savings in time & cost.

The LIGHTHOUSE Villas are designed & engineered to Singapore Building Code standards, and embrace the fundamentals of sustainable architectural design, with a goal of NET ZERO energy usage.  With most of the fabrication done off site in factory conditions, we ensure the highest quality is maintained.
